Pizza and Beer

Today was my first shoot of the semester!  I have been eager to get back into the studio, especially now that I have access to 153 (our nicer studio.)  Our first assignment for my product class was pizza and beer.  My friend Anna Earley helped me brainstorm before the shoot, and we decided to make a pear and gorgonzola pizza.  She has made it for me before, and I thought it was a great idea.  This pizza has so much color and texture that it was perfect for my assignment!  I definitely could not have done this one without Anna's cooking skills.  After making the pizza, I headed to the studio.  One of my good friends Ansley Cohen assisted me in the studio today and she was a great help! It was both of our first time shooting in 153; without her there I probably would have gone crazy.  There is so much equipment in the studio that will widen my horizons.  I am definitely blessed to have that resource.  Today was hard trying to get used to all of the new gear, but hopefully I will get a handle on it soon!
