This semester I have been busy soaking up all the information I can in my studio class.  So far we have had to photograph a box, cylinder, and sphere for an assignment as well as a black object on a black background.  I have never played around in the studio, but so far I have loved it.  Though I love to photograph people outside I have never really experimented with different kinds of lighting.  I have discovered that light is so important and ultimately determines how successful an image can be.  Figuring out lighting has definitely been the most challenging part of the class, but it takes time and practice to get it right.  I am so thankful that I get to go to school every day and learn about photography! I still have a lot to learn, and I can't wait to see some of the images I will be able to produce in the future!
