Wow.  This past week and a half has been a lot of work and stress for me! Midterms are coming up this week and I have been working my tail off trying to bring my grades up in Art History and Accounting (bleghhh.)  Also, I have been preparing for my internship interview coming up March 11-13 in NYC! So, this weekend I decided to take off and relax for the first time in a while.  I hate to admit that I laid in bed reading books and watching television until 4pm yesterday! After taking a bubble bath I decided to try out another pinterest baking recipe that looked delicious-homemade oatmeal creme pies.  The great thing about this recipe is it uses normal baking goods you probably already have around the house! It was definitely worth trying because this recipe is one of my all-time favorites now!  It made the apartment smell so good and it was a great therapeutic thing to do at 10pm haha.  I hope you try the recipe, I put it at the bottom of the post!  Oatmeal Creme pies
